Updates to some of our shell product terminology

We have updated some of our product names for consistency across our range.

If you ordered with us in the last two or three weeks, you may have noticed the new terminology.

The main changes are:

• Our shell laminates are now called shell veneers coated;
• Our tumbled shell is now called shell pieces;
• Our raw shells are now called natural shells.

For those familiar with our range of shell veneers coated (laminates), the color names have also been updated. This link will show you the new veneer colour names at a glance.

 In addition to the improved design and layout of the pages, there are some great functionality improvements:     

• Your Account
  • Favourite - you can now find all your favourite products in one place under your account.
  • ReOrder - you can reorder any order placed in the past 90 days.
  • Order template - you can now create different order templates and edit these order templates as often as you like.  
• Inspiration page – this page offers a great resource if you are looking for ideas on how our products have been used.  
• Quick Links – While on any given page, you can access the following key links:
  • New Products: see what’s new in our Gift & Décor range
  • Trending Products: see what’s trending in our Craft & Material range
  • Featured Products: see which of our standard Trophy & Medals designs are featured.
  • Clearance Products: see our end of line products at bargain prices.
