1.1. Ocean Shell Studios ships domestically within New Zealand generally using Post Haste, NZ Couriers and NZ Post.
1.2. For international shipments, we primarily use DHL and FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.
1.3. Shipping method and carrier may be selected at our discretion based on delivery location, parcel size, and urgency.

2. Freight Charges

2.1. Freight charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
2.2. If there are discrepancies in size, weight, or destination that affect the calculated freight, we reserve the right to adjust charges.
2.3. Retail Customers: You will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply. Your order will not be shipped until the revised freight amount is approved and paid.
2.4. Wholesale Customers: We may proceed with dispatch and include any freight adjustments on your final invoice.

3. Dispatch and Tracking

3.1. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
3.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at the time of order. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect address information.

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within estimated timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed.
4.2. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Risk of Loss

5.1. Risk passes to the buyer once the goods have been delivered to the nominated address. Ocean Shell Studios is not responsible for damage or loss after delivery has occurred.

6. International Shipping

6.1. We do ship internationally. Available destinations may vary depending on shipping conditions or courier limitations.
6.2. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country. These are not included in our pricing.
