These flat, square Black Mother of Pearl blank shell slabs are polished on one side to reveal the natural shimmer and layered colouring unique to high-quality shell. Each piece displays a mix of light and dark tones - subtle greys, soft greens, and flashes of pink - with a luminous finish that catches the light beautifully. The reverse side is left clean but unpolished, offering an organic texture that’s ideal for secure setting or bonding to other surfaces.
Well-suited for jewellery, inlays, and art applications, these pieces can be shaped with a grinder to match your specific project. The polished surface can also be coated to intensify the colours and add gloss, making them a flexible choice for both refined and rustic designs.
