Ideal for luthiers and woodworkers, this 5-ply Mexican abalone composite sheet is thicker than our standard shell veneers, making it much easier to sand and work with. At 1.5mm thick and uncoated, it offers a beautiful natural shell appearance with dark colouring and added durability. Measuring 230 x 130mm, it's perfect for guitar rosettes, knife handles, furniture inlays, and decorative marquetry. Whether you're crafting fine instruments or statement pieces, this composite delivers the strength and aesthetic of real shell with enhanced usability.
